Privacy notice

Who holds your data

[ORGANISATION NAME] of [POSTAL ADDRESS] is responsible for the information you provide on this site. You can reach us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

What we collect

When you register we store your name, your email address, the country you told us you are based in, and the fact that you agreed to receive updates — along with the date and time of that agreement and the IP address it came from.

We keep that consent record so that we can demonstrate, if asked, that you did agree to hear from us. We also record which campaign link brought you here, if any.

What we use it for

To send you updates about Vincymas and the Road to 50, diaspora initiatives, travel and events in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and member promotions and giveaways. Nothing else.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Getting removed

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and ask us to delete your record entirely, and we will.

Where it is stored

Registrations are stored in a managed Postgres database operated by Supabase. The site is served by Vercel. Both process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
